Here’s an interesting Twist to your cardio workouts I just came across…

Check out the video, it’s a great demonstration of taking something that looks So Simple and tweaking it for maximum ‘Body Shaping’ effect.

Try at least one sample today (even if you’ve just got 5 minutes) and post your thoughts…

    i think i’ll try putting a couple of telephone directories in a back pack and walking up the stairs and then work my way up to carrying people. Teehee- all 4ft 11inches of me!!

    Cardio workouts help me attain a healthy weight. I was having a big tummy last year and cardio really helped flattened my belly.

    Everyday i would do at least an hour of Cardio workout and this routine alone helped me regain my lean body. Cardio is really good for burning down the extra fats you get on your tummy.
